Account data: Name, email, role, organisation, login credentials (hashed), push notification tokens.
Clinical records: PRF data (age, gender, complaint, treatment, outcome), oral medication records, triage records with GPS, consent and capacity records, digital signatures.
Operational data: Event details, command log entries, audit trail, resource and personnel records, situation update photographs.
Contact enquiries: Name, email, company, phone, message submitted via contact form.
3. Lawful basis
- Contract: To provide the Veriaid service
- Legitimate interests: To operate and improve the platform
- Legal obligation: Clinical record retention requirements
- Vital interests: Life-critical clinical information
4. Retention periods
- Clinical records: Minimum 8 years (adults) / until age 25 (minors)
- User account data: Duration of subscription plus 12 months
- Audit logs: Minimum 8 years
- Contact enquiries: 2 years

- Supabase Inc — database (EU/UK residency)
- Vercel Inc — hosting (London region)
- Expo Inc — mobile app distribution
- HubSpot — contact enquiry management (EU region)
We do not sell personal data. Clinical records are never shared with third parties except where required by law.

- All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- UK-hosted database with row-level security
- Multi-tenant isolation — each organisation's data is completely separate

Under UK GDPR: access, correction, erasure (subject to clinical retention obligations), restriction, portability, and the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
